Jean Louwrens is the CEO and co-founder of De Novo Foodlabs, a biotech company using precision fermentation to produce sustainable, animal-free proteins like NanoFerrin™. Previously, he co-founded Gourmet Grubb and holds a Master of Business Creation from the University of Utah. Under his leadership, De Novo received venture backing and is advancing scalable, eco-friendly protein solutions from offices in the US and South Africa.
